Clean, crisp country air, a wide range of community facilities and a safe environment combine to make Regency Park at Warwick the perfect tree change destination. Wide open spaces, a backdrop of rolling hills and lots of un-crowded living spaces provide Warwick residents with a relaxing and rejuvenating lifestyle all year round.

Less than two hours from Brisbane, Warwick is now part of the newly formed ‘Southern Downs Regional Council’ and is ideally geographically situated to appreciate all four seasons. A proud history merges gracefully with contemporary living in this thriving regional centre. Majestic sandstone buildings, grand homesteads and colonial cottages give an ambience to Warwick’s bustling activity and famous events.

Events are a way of life in Warwick, and proudly they boast some World Events, such as the World Cup Polocrosse, the World Cup Eventing, plus more fun quirky events including the Jumpers and Jazz Festival which is a platform for numerous arts. Warwick is well known for its arts and the Southern Downs Sculpture Symposium is another event not to be missed with sandstone sculptors carving art pieces which will be added to the Sculpture Trail and become permanent pieces in Warwick’s history. Regency Park is no stranger to events, though we prefer to call them activities. There are regular activities such as Indoor Bowls, Games nights and Tai Chi, plus we have special activities to celebrate occasions such as Australia Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Christmas just to name a few. Check out our Activities.
